Shipping policy

We currently aim to ship out within 48 hours! All cookies in the summer months of our AZ heat are shipped frozen with a couple of cooling packs. They will not be frozen or chilled upon delivery! Please keep an eye on your shipping updates so your cookies are not left out in the sun when they arrive! If your cookies arrive warm or have slight melt please put them in the fridge for 30 minutes to help firm them up! 

All cookies are shipped via UPS which will typically arrive in 1-3 business days once your order is packed. Keep up with stock updates on our baked goods through the HOME page of our website.

If you have a preferred delivery date outside of this shipping schedule, please don't hesitate to reach out!
