I'm the heart behind every cookie for sale here, every loaf you see online, and every late night baking session you may think I am crazy for! Sourdough has become a huge part of my life!

I’m a woman of faith, a wife, and a momma striving to build something bigger than "just a bakery". This didn’t start from having it all figured out... no no no... it started with a fire in me to grow, to create, and to build a life I’m proud of for my family.

Baking became more than a hobby… it became my outlet, my passion, and my purpose. My sourdough journey especially taught me patience (if you know YOU KNOW), consistency, and that the best things take time. It is just like life, just like growth, and just like becoming who you’re meant to be.

Every single thing I make is created with intention. I don’t just bake to sell cookies... I bake to create comfort, connection, and that moment where you slow down and actually enjoy something real. As a new homeschooling momma THIS was incredibly important for me.
